How is Business different from Pro?
Business has everything in Pro and adds form version history, file uploads up to 1 GB and the option to keep uploaded files for up to 2 years.
Do I pay per team member?
No. Pro and Business have unlimited members and unlimited team workspaces. One subscription covers every workspace you own, and the people you invite do not need a plan of their own.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial because the Free plan is the trial. Start free and upgrade when you need more.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing portal. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my forms if I downgrade?
Your forms, responses and themes are always kept. Features that need a paid plan stop working until you upgrade again.
How do payments and taxes work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies, and every payment comes with an invoice.
